Consulting offers expert guidance, strategy, and advice to help you solve specific problems or achieve measurable goals. Coaching helps you explore where you are now, clarify where you want to go, and develop the mindset and strategy to get there. My background spans all three, business strategy and consulting, counselling and emotional support, and ICF-accredited coaching.
