Hi, I'm Bailey
I’m an ICF-trained coach and strategic advisor with a background that bridges human behavior, business strategy, and modern growth systems. I’ve worked as a counsellor, studied sociology, and spent years advising companies across a wide spectrum, from early-stage startups to established organizations. This combination gives me a unique ability to understand not just what is happening in a business, but why people make the decisions they do.
I’ve worked closely with over 100 businesses, supporting founders and leadership teams through growth, positioning, strategic decision-making, and leadership challenges in increasingly complex markets. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor positioning, customer behavior, and the role of technology and systems, including automation and AI, in building sustainable, scalable companies.
I understand the realities of leading a business: the pressure of decision-making, the tension between vision and execution, and the need to build structures that support both performance and people. I help leaders identify which strategies create alignment and momentum, and which ones quietly erode trust, culture, and long-term growth.
Given my background and experience, I act as both a thinking partner and a strategic operator, helping ambitious companies move from insight to action with clarity and confidence.

How Coaching Works
Our work together follows a clear, thoughtful structure designed to create momentum without pressure. While every engagement is tailored, the process generally unfolds in four phases:

Free 30-Minute Clarity Call
Together we will talk through your goals, strategic challenges, emotional and mental barriers. This is your chance to slow down, take a breath, and talk about what’s really going on in your business. My goal is that you’ll walk away with more clarity, even if we don’t end up working together.
Discovery & Evaluation
Next, we will start with a comprehensive discovery process to understand your business, brand, goals, and current challenges. This includes reviewing your marketing, positioning, offers, systems, and decision-making patterns to identify what’s working, what’s creating friction, and where clarity is needed most.
Part of this process is identifying which commonly recommended strategies may not be aligned with your values, patients, or long-term goals, and intentionally choosing a different path where needed.

Strategic Direction & Planning
Once you choose the coaching package that fits you best, we’ll get intentional about your next steps. Together, we will clarify priorities and co-create a strategic plan aligned with your goals, capacity, and vision for growth. This plan provides focus and direction, without locking you into rigid formulas or unnecessary complexity.
Ongoing Support and Accountability
As your business evolves, our work adapts with it. Sessions focus on refining strategy, navigating decisions, addressing new challenges, and ensuring your systems and marketing continue to support sustainable growth. My role is to hold space for both your strategy and just you, offering structure when you need it, and support when things feel uncertain, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
