My career path hasn’t been straight or simple, and honestly, I think that’s what makes me good at what I do.

I’ve lived in places big and small, from tiny northern towns where farm life and community shaped everything, to busy cities where innovation never stops. That contrast taught me how to work hard, dream big, and how to adapt to whatever life throws your way. These days, I can’t live without a good latte and high-speed Wi-Fi, but my roots shaped who I am, practical, resourceful, and grounded in the importance of community.

My career journey has been just as diverse as where I have lived. I've been an addictions counsellor, high school biology teacher, job recruiter, policy writer, political strategist, beauty influencer, communications director, and entrepreneur. I’ve worked with people in every stage of life and every kind of organization, from non-profits and education boards to startups and established businesses. My path hasn’t been linear, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping others navigate theirs.

The world of work has changed. Most of us won’t spend 30 years in the same company, and we shouldn’t have to. I understand what it means to pivot, to reinvent yourself, and to build something new when the old path no longer fits.

My passion is to use my experience to help women navigate similar transitions and challenges I have faced. But hopefully with my help, your road to success can be a little more direct than mine!
