hosted by Bailey Levesque

Join me every Wednesday for a podcast about all the messy, awkward, and quietly dramatic moments that happen at work. Each episode dives into real world stories about bosses, coworkers, clients, interviews, career pivots, family businesses, and the beautifully awkward side of professional life. You’ll get thoughtful perspective, practical takeaways, and a lot of “oh wow, I’ve been there” moments along the way.

Clocked In &
Cuffed Up

In this episode of AITA@Work, we’re diving into workplace relationships, office crushes, secret affairs, HR nightmares, and the chaos that happens when personal boundaries collide with professional environments. From coworkers exposing affairs at company retreats to bosses dating employees, obsessive workplace crushes, inappropriate office behavior, and relationships that completely blur professional lines, these stories explore what happens when romance at work goes very, very wrong. We also get into the bigger questions:

Should coworkers date at all?
When does flirting become harassment?...
...and how much drama should a workplace tolerate before HR steps in?

Some of these stories are awkward. Some are messy. And a few feel like they should’ve ended in a lawsuit.

My Story

Meet Your Host

My career path has been anything but traditional, and honestly, that’s probably why I’m so passionate about conversations around work, identity, ambition, and leadership.

I’ve worked across education, recruiting, communications, entrepreneurship, policy, consulting, beauty, and marketing, which means I’ve seen workplace culture from almost every angle imaginable. I’m also the founder of a marketing and consulting agency, where I work closely with businesses across health, wellness, aesthetics, and technology industries. Through that work, I’ve had a front-row seat to the realities of leadership, burnout, communication breakdowns, office politics, career pivots, difficult personalities, and the pressure of modern professional life.

Alongside coaching, consulting and media work, I created AITA@Work as a space to unpack the chaos of modern work through real stories, humor, psychology, leadership insight, and honest conversation. From toxic bosses and corporate drama to AI ethics, workplace relationships, and career identity crises, I’m fascinated by the way work shapes our confidence, relationships, and sense of self.

My background has never been linear, and I see that as one of my greatest strengths. I’ve worked with people in nearly every stage of life and across many different types of organizations, from startups and nonprofits to established businesses and technical environments. My goal, whether through coaching, consulting, or the podcast, is to help people navigate work and life with more clarity, confidence, self-awareness, and honesty.
