I’m an ICF-trained coach and strategic advisor with a background that bridges human behavior, business strategy, and modern growth systems. I’ve worked as a counsellor, studied sociology, and spent years advising companies across a wide spectrum, from early-stage startups to established organizations. This combination gives me a unique ability to understand not just what is happening in a business, but why people make the decisions they do.
I’ve worked closely with over 100 businesses, supporting founders and leadership teams through growth, positioning, strategic decision-making, and leadership challenges in increasingly complex markets. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor positioning, customer behavior, and the role of technology and systems, including automation and AI, in building sustainable, scalable companies. Along the way, I’ve consulted for tech organizations, advised startups, and supported new engineering graduates as they launch careers or build new ventures.
I understand the realities of leading a business: the pressure of decision-making, the tension between vision and execution, and the need to build structures that support both performance and people. I also understand the unique challenges women face navigating leadership, career growth, and entrepreneurship in technical and high-performance environments, informed both by my work and by living daily in a world of systems thinking through my husband’s career as a Systems Design Engineer.
