I’m an ICF-trained coach and strategic advisor who helps women navigate career transitions, business growth, and complex leadership decisions with clarity and confidence.
For most of my career, I’ve worked alongside women founders, professionals, and leadership teams to help them grow sustainable businesses, reposition their work, and make high-stakes decisions during periods of change. I’ve supported 100+ businesses, from early-stage startups to established organizations, across strategy, growth, positioning, and system planning.
I’ve personally navigated multiple major career transitions myself, across corporate, agency, consulting, and entrepreneurial roles, which gives me deep insight into what it actually takes to make a change that is both financially and emotionally sustainable.

When a New England chiropractic clinic came to me, they were investing in marketing but getting almost no return. Ads were running. The agency was reporting activity. But underneath, nothing was aligned. One decompression package sold in nearly four months. Revenue wasn’t covering costs. The team was discouraged. From the outside things looked “active.” From the inside, they were stuck. They didn’t need louder marketing. They needed clarity.
The Diagnostic
